Seven years ago, I landed in Dublin, where yoga's popularity caught my eye. Initially, it was the promise of flexibility that drew me in—I loved mastering challenging poses like headstands. Ashtanga became my go-to, its repetitive sequences offering a rare mental break. Yet, despite feeling great after class, I couldn't pinpoint why. So, I dove deeper, exploring Vinyasa's flow. But even amidst its intensity, that post-yoga bliss remained a mystery. Then, COVID hit, disrupting my routine.
Determined to unravel yoga's secrets, I embarked on teacher training. Under mentors like Susie Murray, it clicked: yoga isn't just about physical exertion—it's a holistic blend of body, mind, and spirit in 2021
In 2023, driven by a personal calling, I sought specialized training under Melissa Curtis in Dublin, aiming to support pregnant women through yoga's transformative journey.
In 2023, I've also moved to Navan. I am now teaching two classes there
